You can request an exchange within 7 days or a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is:

• Unused.
• In its original condition with proper packaging.

1. Eligible Conditions for Exchange or Return
• Incorrect Size
  The product will be exchanged for the appropriate size for you.
• Manufacturing Defects or Damage
  The product will be replaced with a new one of guaranteed quality.
2. Exchange and Return Options
   After inspecting the product and ensuring it meets the conditions, you can choose one of the following options:
• Return the product for a refund via the same payment method used.
• Exchange the product for another one of the same value.
• Exchange the size to get the most suitable one for you.
3. Important Note Regarding Shipping Costs
   The customer is responsible for a small shipping fee of 25 Riyals per direction for exchange or return cases.
   However, if the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the full shipping cost for your convenience.
